Because we were just getting back from Mexico, my family came to us for Thanksgiving! This meant the dogs didn't have to stay the entire week at the kennel, plus Micah and I love hosting! Regardless where we are, it's really about being together!
We played lots of games- wahoo, monopoly, fish bowl and heads up, we did a couple of Christmas puzzles, we did an ornament exhchange, we crafted, and of course, we ate lots of yummy food! I realized my gravy boat has disappeared in all our many moves, I do not have enough casserole dishes to host Thanksgiving, and having the girls along, makes the boys behave much better!
It always feels like one big sleepover when everyone comes to visit and it always does my heart so good!

It was truly a wonderful Thanksgiving! Looking back at all the pictures just made my heart so very full and happy!! I guess not being healthy last year made this year extra special! Having the opportunity to celebrate with family was such a huge blessing! It is like a giant sleepover and I stay up fairly late 😬. Everything was perfect!! Thank you & Micah for hosting, thanks to the RD’s for giving up their spaces and the fur babies for cleaning up anything I might have dropped. And I’ll add the 7 hour drive up 35 was worth every minute!! I’d do it all over again. Until the next gathering…love y’all 😘
