State Robotics...

This was such an exciting part of our March!

At the end of spring break, we got to head over to Waco and watch Remi and his robotics team compete at state. They were so honored to be selected out of so many incredible teams. These are pretty long days, with 5 preliminary matches taking up the first portion of the day. Unfortunately, they only won 3 of their 5 matches, which meant they did not move on finals. The competition was stiff, but that also makes for some really entertaining matches!

I am thinking Remi could potentially be taking the lead with the team next year, and we have high hopes for making our way back to Waco next March!

  1. This was so exciting to watch!! The robots are larger than the seemed watching on line. Of course I have no idea what the actual competition entails, but it’s like watching bumper cars shooting balls. Very exciting to see Remi’s driving skills. Very focused. Congratulations to the RoboCats team and all they accomplished!! Look forward to seeing more next year. Maybe even an in person meet. 🤗
Thanks for all the pictures!! As always you captured some great ones. Love y’all 😘
