Right before the hustle and bustle of August hit, we snuck in a little visit out west! As always, we packed in as much fun as we could and enjoyed every minute!
I even got to celebrate Miss Mallorie turning 14 while we were there!
Upon arrival, all the back-to-school peeps got baskets from Anne, this was followed by Remi inspecting and getting all of Anne's clocks ticking correctly..... because once he realized how many clocks she had that had chimes and gears, there was absolutely no stopping him! Later, we entered into the competitive Rummikub game playing portion of the evening- once you get Remi and Micah going, it is real hard to get them to stop! The next day we had an absolute blast with some family pickle ball, Baskin Robbins, and later, dinner at Olive Garden for the birthday girl! The boys of course, got one of Anne's famous pallets, along with a good sleep-in, and we even got to see Uncle Stan!

It was so much FUN!! I’ve looked at all the pictures over and over!! The pickleball matches were awesome! Y'all did great out there, but the picture of your encounter with the ball didn’t make the cut!! What happened to it? 😂😂
