We ended up going with a little 5 seater pedal boat because being out on the water truly is his happy place. He loves loading up with drinks, snacks, fishing gear and being out on the water. He loves kayaking, but this just gives him another fun way to explore the lake. It ended up being delivered about a week early, so on Friday when he got home from school, his boat was waiting out by the dock for him. He, Roen and Dawson had the very best Friday afternoon taking the boat out to the cove, anchoring it and swimming. Since, Roen has taken it out solo and they have even taken me out for a ride. I think this little boat is going to be a family favorite!
