The older the boys get, the more I realize, that many times the most valuable thing you can gift a child, is simply your time!
This little guy gets so very lost in stories... often when I am reading to him, I will steal a little peek at his face, and his eyes are millions miles away- running from volcanos, swimming from sharks, running right beside Arliss and Old Yeller... decades in the past, sometimes in another world all together. Reading to him is truly a treat!

You hit the nail on the head...time is the best gift you can give to a child. Anne loves to read, so this is a match made in heaven ❤️ The pictures speak a thousand words. Happy times during this shelter in place.
