Golfing the Days Away...

On these hot days of summer, when the boys aren't biking the neighborhood, you will often find the boys and Micah on my pink golf cart, out squeezing in a few holes whenever they can. Micah's cart is out of commission and so they get lots of funny looks cruising in my cart! When I don't have things to do around the house, I love hopping on and joining the fun!

Operation 36 Upadte!

The boys have now completed their 2nd competition day. The competition works like this: everyone starts at 25 yards from the hole on day one. If you can get 36 strokes or under on 9 holes, you move to Round 2. Round 2 you move back to 50 yards- if you can make 36 and under on 9 holes, you move on to Round 3. Round 3 is 100 yards and Round 4 is 150 yards. This is such cool program and we have loved getting to watch the boys progress.

Remi started from 25 yards for a second time because he didn't make the 36 on his 1st try, and Roen got to advance to the 50 yards because he came in at 33 on his 1st try at 25 yards.

On Competition Day 2, both boys advanced! This made for a very fun day for us all! Roen came in at 30 strokes from 50 yards and Remi came in at 31 strokes from 25 yards. Both boys had incredible focus, wanting nothing more than to advance to the next round! Way to go, boys!

Happy Days...the boys look like naturals! What a fun way to pass the day away. Congratulations to both on advancing in Operation 36! I know they both are very competitive...can’t imagine who they got that from 😉. I hope you get to join them often. I ❤️ the picture of the boys in your pink cart! Heck everyone knows real men wear pink!!
Love y’all!!
