Oh the joys of golfing with a 9 and 10 year old! There is just something about these cattails that the boys can't stay away from! Remi discovered they are filled with fluffy white stuff and loves breaking them open! I just had to giggle when I caught them over in the cattail reeds when Micah wasn't looking...
On this particular afternoon, while Remi was in the front yard chipping, Roen went out back to practice. He chose the hot tub as his chipping target and then, he rewarded himself with a little dunk to retrieve them and cool off!

This is great! I learned something new today....didn’t know that cattails have stuffing! 😂. I bet Micah has days where herding cats would be easier. I must say though that Remi and Roen look like professional golfers. Always dressed so nice! Yay mom. Roen gets an A+ on staying cool while practicing 👏🏻👏🏻 Love that you caught that on camera.
