Kiowa Christmas...

Our very last Christmas of the year, was as special as it comes! This year, my family came to us, and oh, what memories we made!

We played so many games! Christmas gift-giving games, Pente, Yahtzee, shuffleboard, pool and even got out for some basketball! Well, I didn't actually play basketball, but I loved watching from the porch- y'all know I can't stand the way the basketball makes my hands feel dirty, ick! The kids all got new games from Anne and they played those non-stop, we went down to the park several times and through all our playing, we even managed to relax here and there!

Time always goes by way too fast, but I am always so tankful for the time everyone sets aside to get together. The boys have the sweetest bonds with Mal and Kase and weren't really ready for them to leave when the time came. The trip is long and now that everyone is in sports, the trips are becoming harder to make, but it also makes them that much sweeter!

This was the most perfect way to end our Christmas festivities!

The saran wrap game has become a favorite tradition!

I agree...it was way too short! It was so good to be together and celebrate Christmas! The kids are always happy with hanging out and they truly do enjoy the time together. I hope that lasts a long, long time. I really appreciate you and Micah hosting! The brisket was delicious....along with all the other meals. I left with a happy heart full of sweet memories! Until next year....thanks again Davenport Crew! Love y’all bunches!!
