An Ear Infection..
This poor little guy woke up with thick white gunk coming out of his ear this morning-- it was all in his hair and on the mattress. He ended up having a ruptured eardrum and an ear infection. The sweet little thing hasn't been fussy at all, so I had no idea. Poor thing. Anyways, we got him all fixed up with some medicine. I am supposed to monitor his temperature--rectally! This freaks me out-- I have never used a rectal thermometer!

Ellie had an ear infection too...so little to be sick! I had to do the rectal temperature thing, kind of gross and it makes you feel so bad for them! She hated it. anyway, hope he feels better!
So sad. At least he's not grumpy about it. Best baby ever!

I am so glad that you were able to get him meds. He doesn't even looked phased. Well wishes that his ear will get better.
