Enjoying the Holidays

I just love the Holidays!! It means family time, relaxing and lots of yummy food!!! Here are some pictures of us enjoying this time of year to the fullest!

What are we making that is so yummy?

Sopapilla Cheesecake...
2 cans crescent rolls
3 8oz cream cheese softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick real butter melted

1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp cinamon

Spread 1 can cresecnt rolls in a 9x13 pan. Whip cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and spread over cresecent rolls. Top with another can of crescent rolls. Sprinkle with sugar and cinamon mixture and drizzle with butter. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
