We had NO ideas for a boy name....just a girl name. Once we found out we were having another boy, we decided it would be cute to have them both 'R' names. So, we began thinking of unique 'R' names that sounded cute with Remi. We came up with Roen. I think it is a sweet and strong name...we love it!
General is a family name that goes back four generations. Micah's great grandpa's name was General Lee Davenport. His granpa's name is Gene and his dad's middle name is Gene. We decided to pass this name down to Roen. I like the brave sound of General, so we went with General instead of Gene.
I think most importantly, this name is special and something that just clicked for both of us. We can't wait for Remi to meet Roen...what an adventure this will be!!!
