Actually the first thing he does is dump them out...he really doesn't have the patience to mess with blowing the bubbles. But he loves to play with the little wand (aka put in his mouth) and empty bubble container.
(I know it looks like I actually put product in his hair and styled it...I did not...that is just bubbles)

I can't have pets at my apartment, I was just house sitting for a few days at my parents house so charlie doesn't have to go to the kennel.
