I really wasn't even gonna think about potty training until Remi was two in September. However, everytime he is naked he runs around the house and purposely pees on the floor. So, I figured if he can purposely go on the floor, he can purposely go in the toilet.
On Sunday I went out and got a bunch of M&Ms, a jar and a little toilet. I filled the jar with M&Ms, put it on the counter where he could see it, and every time he asks for an M&M, I tell him he has to go potty to get one. So far, he has used it three times! I am in no way rushing this or think this will happen overnight. I really just want him to get used to the idea.
I can't believe he is even old enough to understand this! They grow up too fast!
