Valentine's Day...

This year, we had a very fun and relaxing day at home. Micah and I had planned on going on a pizza date, but when his truck wouldn't start, we ended up having takeout burgers with Remi. It wasn't romantic, but it was fun anyway. Who says Valentine's Day has to be romantic anyways!? As long as I get to spend time with people I love, I consider it celebrated properly ;)

Remi and I made cookies, complete with icing and sprinkles...

He started out so careful and sure not to make a mess. Remi is not a big fan of messes in general. He was sure to put the top back on the sprinkles after every use so they wouldn't spill.










However, this quickly turned to this...










We had so much fun! I guess after his sugar high, he was pooped, because this is how I found him after I cleaned up! Curled up on the coffee table with his pillow and blanket watching Mouse.



And a sweet end to a sweet day!
