Remi's 1st T-ball Game...

Remi had his first t-ball game last night. It was the CUTEST thing in the world!! He is one of the SMALLEST on his team. Bless his heart, he is just so short and little! I was so proud of him! On the way home, he said, "momma, I tried my best" and he did....Oh that little munchkin just melts my heart!

Remi was the second to bat. On Sunday, he fell down and scraped his knees really bad. Well, after he hit the ball and was running to first base, he tumbled on his knees again (the helmet was way too big for him and he couldn't see). He got back up and ran the best he could, fighting back tears the whole time. Poor baby! Once at first, he looked at me like 'save me, momma'. He ended up toughing it out until he got to second base, then he just let it out. He ended up getting out on third base and after Micah got him a new band aid and some bubble gum, he was good to go. Here he is on first base trying so hard not to cry :(



Just a glimpse of how t-ball is played with a bunch of three year olds....so cute!



This is the second time Remi bat. This time he hit the ball on the first swing and bless his heart, he got confused and ran to the pitcher's mound. However, he got back on track and ended up getting a run! I was one proud momma! The game was called due to lightening, so I was proud that he was able to bat twice and get a run...










So proud he made it to first base!
