Remi LOVES watching Max & Ruby. There is an episode where they eat candy apples, and ever since he has seen it, he has been asking to make them. So, I though Halloween Day would be the most perfect time. And I might just make it a tradition. We waited until Roen laid down for his nap so that it wouldn't be quite so messy!
First, we washed our apples (which the boys picked out all by themselves)...
Then we made our candy coating...
Then we heated it up...
Remi loved putting the sticks in....
And just like that, we made lots and lots of candy apples...
Then, Remi decided to make his own candy apples. These are the only ones he would eat!
