Don't Mess With Texas...

In art this year, Remi was required to turn in a poster for the Don't Mess With Texas art contest. Things like this are sometimes very hard for Remi because he is an absolute perfectionist. There were lots of crumbled up papers and many 'rough drafts', but I love how his finished product turned out.

Micah may have to be the one to help the boys with challenging math homework and there have been times they have missed homework problems that I have helped them with, but when it comes to the creative thinking, well, they always ask their momma for help.

And I love that.

Remi and I sat down, talked about what he wanted on his poster, I drew up some ideas, he used some of mine, some of his and in the end he created something he was very proud of!
