I have asked him before what he sees when he is reading and he can't put it into words. I want to understand, but my brain can't quite grasp the going ons of his.
The other day, I found this little cube made out of twisty ties sitting on the kitchen counter. I knew right away whose it was- who else goes around making 3-d objects with twisty ties?! It was Remi's little creation made from boredom.
As I picked it up and looked at this little green cube, I finally got my answer. That little green cube staring me in the face was Remi's mind. He sees what things can be- not what they are.
That little twisty tie cube that probably took him only a few minutes to make, was a tangible version of his mind that I could understand.
That was the day I finally got my glimpse, and all from a green twisty tie cube...

❤️this post. I have no idea what challenges Remi faces everyday but I have always been amazed at the various things he could create from an early age going forward. This little twist tie creation immediately made me think of a dream catcher... and I think he is able to bring his dreams to reality. I can’t wait to see the plans God has for him!
As always thanks for sharing! Love and hugs 😘
