We started Easter festivities on Friday night, where we got the crew together for our traditional egg dying fun! Remi is starting to be less enthusiastic about dying eggs, but once he got started, he really got into it and had just as much fun as everyone else did!
Our little lake community always hosts an egg hunt, the Saturday before Easter. They do a really good job of including kids up to 13 and breaking it up into 4 hunts to make it fun and fair for all the kiddos! We followed this little morning activity with mimosas and lunch! The Easter Bunny did make an appearance, but our days of bunny pictures have long passed.
Sunday, we woke up early so that the boys could dig into all their basket goodies. The Easter Bunny brought them all kinds of fun treats, but I think Remi's sundial and Roen's new Dude Perfect t-shirt were their most favorites! After church, we all met up at Gran's where we had lunch, hunted eggs, counted our egg money and then celebrated Gran's birthday!
Easter weekend was full of blessings, fun traditions and special memories!

Hard to pick a favorite from all of these, but the boys by the bunny bales is adorable. Glad y’all had a wonderful Easter weekend. Egg hunts are always so much fun. Thanks for sharing this special time. Love y’all bunches 😘
