Our second day, we played the StreamSong Black course.
One of the boy's favorite parts of visiting new courses, is checking out the pro-shop! They always like getting a logo ball, course ball markers, hats and any other kind of golf trinket they can find! This resort had metal ball markers which they hammered your initials on to. This was the boy's idea of the perfect way to begin a day of golf!
This course is famous for it's giant greens, totaling a whopping 11 acres, with some as big as 2 acres each! The vintage windmill at hole 9 is an icon logo for this course, as well as it's punch bowl green! This day we saw much less water than the previous day, but the sandy dunes made for some pretty amazing scenery! We had perfect weather, lots of fun and tons of smiles and were most definitely sad to say goodbye to our caddies who we all loved!
We ended our day with an early dinner at the clubhouse, followed by an evening drink at the fire-pit as we watched the sun set on our swampy view. This place was so beautiful and really a hidden gem that compares to no course I have ever been on!
As sad as we were to end the golf portion of our trip, the awaiting fun we had coming up, had us ready to continue our Florida adventures!

I would agree…the course is beautiful! The old windmill is like having a bit of West Texas smack dab in Florida! Would have been really cool to see Aeromotor on the blades! And the anvil in the pro shop was really cool too. A perfect trinket for the boys. Yay for another fun day. Your pictures are awesome. Thanks for sharing and I can’t wait to see what’s next on the adventure. Love y’all bunches! 😘
