Toward the end of July, Scout graduated from Advanced Dog Training!
It is very important to Remi that Scout is well trained and well-behaved. He won't settle for an obedient sit or a sweet little handshake. No, he wants to go through every possible training with Scout, her utilizing every ounce of her smarts and being the smartest dog on the block!
Scout is extremely obedient with Remi. She listens to him better than anyone and looks to him for commands and comfort. She sleeps with him every single night and they both have big, bold personalities, making them the perfect pair! Scout really likes putting Benny and Lady in their place when she feels her dominance or food is being threatened. All three are working through their pack roles, but overall, I think everyone knows Scout rules the dog roost!
For Scout's final class lesson, we took her to a local pet store. Here she dealt with other dogs, people, noises and smells. She stayed glued to Remi, trusting him and remaining calm and mannerly during the visit.
Benny and Scout did their puppy/advanced training back-to-back, so they got to tag along!

Congratulations Scout! You are without a doubt the cutest doggie graduate I’ve ever seen. And you have a very handsome dad! I love that the boys are so dedicated to having well trained dogs! I am super impressed by the trip to the Pet Store…way to go boys! Benny looks like a little toddler in the basket & Roen is wearing his signature smile. Thanks for sharing!! Love y’all bunches 😘
