We recently placed membership at an itty bitty Church of Christ just down the road. It is everything you'd imagine when I say itty bitty! Just two isles, communion that is still passed hand to hand, announcements that include UIL and sports honors from the local school, and crocheted blankets that lay folded in every single pew because who doesn't want to be cozy when worshipping? All this to say, it was our very first Easter Sunday at our new church and I was pretty excited about it!
After service, we headed over to Gran's for lunch, egg hunting, and a beautiful afternoon outside with cousins! There was baseball, tree climbing, chicken chasing and of course, catching up on everyone's busy!
Easter is my most favorite way to kick off spring and break out the pastels in my wardrobe! What a blessed day we had getting gussied up and celebrating the resurrection!

The only thing that I didn’t see in the last two posts were confetti eggs. If I remember correctly they were a favorite of yours…right?!? Just kidding! See it’s an Easter memory from years ago.
