This tournament was in Ft Worth and a whopping 1.5 hour drive! 4:30 am came real early... a little too early really! But Remi and I made it and it ended up being a beautiful course! So much water, lots of slope, trees, just gorgeous! I also had my Nantucket beach read playing in my earbuds while watching, so that had me in all the water moods!
Remi has continued to struggle this summer, but I'm hoping he can pull out of his funk by fall season- we need him on his tip top game! He ended up shooting 90 and really he is so much better than that. But as I say, onward and upward we go!
After he finished playing, he drove us all that way home because he knew how tired I was... such a little gentleman sweetheart, he is!

I’m still struggling with the fact that Remi is old enough to drive in that I-35 traffic!! 😩 He is an amazing young man. On to the next round! Thanks for always sharing. Love y’all 😘
