Day two was a beach day!
We started off with a three course breakfast, complete with Mexican waffles, pancakes and of course, huevos rancheros for this gal! Topped it off with a mimosa and pot of English Breakfast. From there, we explored the cold/hot plunge pools, the underground grotto and the peek-a-boo beach photo op!
Once we moseyed on over to the beach, we got all fixed up with beachside cabana beds and then the first person we saw selling coconut water, we flagged down. I had the lightest, most refreshing pina colada I've ever had and then it was time to get real serious with our beach time! The boys played in the sand, I read, relaxed, we jumped the waves for hours, and we soaked up the sun!
Later that afternoon, we wandered down to the little street markets for pizza, ice cream and did a bit of shopping... the boys both found the girls some jewelry. And then, it was back down to the beach for a little sunset wind down!
Notice my word choices... wander, mosey, relax, wind down.... you picking up on that theme?! This day was absolutely heavenly!!!

Now this is a PERFECT day in my book!! Wow…I could definitely hang with y’all on a day like this. Most of the Davenport adventures would leave me on the bench 😂😂
