Mozambique, Mira Meu...

This is a little town about a 45 minute drive from camp. This is where they get supplies like diesel for the vehicles. This town was very poor, dirty and crowded...but amazingly beautiful in it's own way. These people are so simple and happy. They do not mind that bugs are all over the food they are selling, they do not mind that everyone smells and they do not mind that their clothes are tattered and torn.

In a way, I envy their simplistic ways. I envy that they are so happy, yet as Americas we look at them like they have so little. This little town was colorful, humble and full of an honesty that only one can have from having so little.
