Both of these books were extremely hard to put down. Bittersweet built and built and built and although, the ending was a bit unexpected I felt like the climax of the book was lacking compared to the anticipation. A Husband's Secret was great! I have read one other book by Liane Moriarty and it just happens to be one of my favorite books (What Alice Forgot). I just love the way she writes and intertwines the lives of so many people and relationships into one beautifully written web. Her work is like a masterpiece I savored throughout the whole book. A Husband's Secret was for sure the favorite of the two.
I will say, both of the books these books centered on some pretty unsettling stories... but then again, we all know I am a sucker for the creepy and taboo...
