Thanksgiving 2016....

We spent Thanksgiving in town this year, with Micah's family. Other than Thanksgiving Lunch, we had nothing on our agenda. It was so nice getting to spend so much time at home together. There was cookie baking, present opening, hunting, playing with friends, sleeping in, a little shopping and lots and lots of smiles!

So, us girls, get a bit camera crazy at family gatherings. I don't really even think we realize it half the time! Of course, we always like to get a kid picture... this always calls for lots of picture snapping, hollering and trying to get kids to look and smile! While we were in the middle of this, Micah took a picture of us! I think this might be the best picture of the day.....

We did our traditional ornament exchange this year, and decided to let the kids join as well...

I spotted this little gem of an ornament hanging from Gran's tree and I just couldn't resist taking a picture (that's Micah when he was just a boy!)...

We also did a bit of Christmas present opening with the family that we won't get to be with at Christmas. Of course, the boys just loved this!!!

The boys were 'over the moon' excited about their new Polaroid Cameras! They have since taken about a million pictures of things like Legos, ornaments, Little Anne and anything else that catches their eyes!

These are the night vision goggles they got. They have barely been taken off and even went hunting with the boys!

The boys also got a big bucket of arts and crafts goodies... which they broke into the minute they could!! It is for this reason that we have an art room for the boys! I love for them to be able to glue, paint, cut, draw, and make a big 'ole mess doing it...

We had a super blessed Thanksgiving filled with lots of sweet kiddos and family time!
