Remi is my little fisherman and loves fishing the ocean. We woke up early, packed coolers, forgot the seasick pills, and headed out to the marina. The fishing was slow going out in the deep. Remi was able to reel in a barracuda but that was about it. Roen and Dawson also ended up getting seasick so our captain took us closer toward the shore for some reef fishing. Here, the boys caught a red snapper, another barracuda, a bar jack and some others I can't remember.
It was a great morning of fishing and there is anything better than watching the boys reel in those fighting fish!
After our morning of fishing, we made a quick stop at the room to get clean swimsuits and then met up with the girls at the pool for some swimming and lunch. After a quick rain storm and some poolside cotton candy, we headed out to the beach to finish our day with sandcastles, beautiful weather and a perfect sunset.
We had reservations at our resort restaurant, Andiamo but instead had the guys go grab it to-go. The kids got cleaned up, cuddled up on the couch, turned on some Netflix and we had the very best little evening.

Another adventure filled day. I would love to know what Remi and Roen were discussing in the picture where Remi is stretched out on his tummy and Roen is standing beside him. They are good fishermen. Sorry about the seasickness. That is a miserable feeling. Glad they recovered...would have been terrible to miss out on the cotton candy 😋. The clouds in the sunset picture are really cool. I found a dog and a big chicken leg or a turkey leg! Absolutely peaceful! Thanks again for sharing. Love y’all! 😘
