Life With an Aspiring Engineer...

This boy is always into something and I am constantly finding his little 'rats nests' all over the place! A few weeks ago, he dug up soil samples from the backyard and filtered out the magnetic sediments. Around the same time, he took an old cell phone apart and had itty bitty bits and pieces all over the counter- other than curiosity, I'm not even sure what the end goal with this project was.

One of the best parts of him loving to build, fix and find with his hands, is how helpful he is around the house. He is constantly checking off tasks from my Micah To-Do List.  He installed dig proof fence rails all along our side yard to keep the dogs from escaping- a chore that I was all so happy to have done, and yesterday, he fixed my side table that had a broken leg. There is rarely a project he can't handle and this mamma sure appreciates his helpful little hands!

You are lucky to have a little handyman! Heck most people that advertise as a handyman won’t even call you back. Is Remi for hire this summer? 😉. He has total concentration while working on that cell phone. Clearly enjoys tedious work. Tell him I need fence work done to keep Jada from bulldozing the corner post and I’m open for suggestions. Remind him she probably outweighs him! 😬😂
Thanks for sharing in the world of Remi! ♥️
Love y’all bunches!!
