The guys spent everyday at a different course, so that gave us a bit of freedom to go and do as we pleased. The first day, they golfed Ozarks National. While they were out getting their golf tan perfected, we slept in and had a relaxing morning before venturing over to do some shopping. We started off on property, checking out the Big Cedar Shoppe. From there, we popped over to Truman's Cafe & Custard for lunch on the patio. This little area was adorably quaint and as you can imagine, all those wooden shingles and stained glass windows had me in heaven!
After lunch, we ventured off property and drove down into Branson where we did a bit more shopping and browsing at Branson Landing. After walking the main street and buying a few things here and there, we stopped by a little tiki hut bar for pina coladas!
Once we all reconvened at the cottage, we got ready for dinner. Our first evening dinner plans were at the Paynes Valley pro-shop. It had the most beautiful sunset view, plus we got to shop golf gear while we waited for dinner to arrive. Each night after dinner, we came back and indulged in some competitive couple's putting games and it was downright hysterical at the girl's lack of skill compared to the guy's level of competitiveness!
