Our 2nd full day in Branson was definitely a favorite!!
We slept in, put on something comfy, threw our swimsuits in our bags and headed over to the spa. We all had massages scheduled first thing, at the same time. After massages we went to the pool for sunshine and drinks where we all waited, as our facials were one after the other.
I have visited some pretty amazing spas and I have to say, this one was easily top 5. Just like the rest of the resort, this place was just bursting with charm and character. There were the same, beautiful bulbed fixtures, an outdoor shower, an amazing grotto, cave-like pool, tall tree trunks lined the entrance like you were entering a magical world, there were little balconies where you could sip wine while you waited and the massages and the facials were just as incredible!
That night, we ate at Top of the Rock, where we did a little shopping and had the best sunset view of the trip. The water was off in the distance, with one of the courses on one side and nestled in between, was a cozy white chapel that looked right out of a movie! It was breathtaking and although we threw around the idea of just cooking at home, I was so happy we went ahead with our original plans!

Now you’re talking!! Spa treatments followed by pool time …that’s awesome! You ladies sure look beautiful at the end of this day! You know it wouldn’t matter what the food tastes like when you have a view like that. The chapel is so beautiful. Gorgeous landscape. I can see why this was a great day!! One minor thing…what in the world did Micah pick up on the course?? Are those like moguls on a ski slope…except they’re on the golf course??? ððð Maybe years ago the golfers didn’t yell fore???
