Tree Decorating...

I always like to start getting my Christmas decor up as soon as Halloween is over. I like taking as much time as needed to get everything out and in it's perfect little places and starting early allows me to do that. Not to mention, I can hop right into present buying after Thanksgiving and not have to bother with juggling the decorating on top of shopping and wrapping.

The boys have a sweet little ornament collection that gets added to each year. I always get them a new ornament, along with Anne, Na and any we pick up along our travel adventures. Roen still loves decorating his tree, smiling at every ornament he pulls out of his box. He of course, wants my helping hand, but very much wants me to let him be in charge! This year, he got his very first Benny ornament and his sweet little Benny tree topper is headed his way! 

Remi lost interest in decorating his tree several years ago, but I don't mind that he has passed this decorating job on to me. Each little ornament holds sweet memories of days gone by and I love reminiscing while adding a little touch of Christmas magic to his room. However, there was no way he was getting out of the ordeal without some pictures!

Our little fury elves were a huge help, in fact, Lady curled right up in the middle of Roen's ornaments! I tucked their Christmas quilts tight on their beds, hung garland from the foot boards and finished it off with sweet little wreaths that I hang in their rooms every year. Their rooms turned out as sweet as they sound!
