Remi's Workshop: This area has been EXTREMELY important to Remi and he has had a huge say in the layout and functionality of this space. It will serve as his workshop, 3D printing, building, tinkering and gaming area all in one. The little wood pieces on the walls are a French mounting system, for tools and such, and the wall you can't see will have a giant peg board. On the left side, there will be a huge desk area... he wanted the option to sit or stand while he works!
Shiplap & Trim: The shiplap accent walls are coming right along and are adding so much character and detail. Crown, baseboards and cabinet trim are slow going, but making steady progress as well. And to think this all has to be calked and painted.... eeeek!
Powder Tile: This powder bath is what I hope turns out to be one of my favorite little spaces. They are hand laying little hexagons pieces to give a typography element to the floor and I think it is going to be just fabulous! *And that beautiful tile already laid, well, it's also going to be the backdrop for the glass doors on the dinning hutch!

I always enjoy seeing the house updates! Remi’s workspace is awesome! Clearly he had a vision…just like his momma!! You will know where to find him. Everything is moving forward and I’m sure looks even better in person. Now the little hexagon tile is speaking to me…I see Hello Lovely! Or maybe it’s my imagination!! 🤣. Thanks for sharing!!
