Barbados Day Four...

Our last full day in Barbados was for the beach!

We started off with the English breakfast buffet, then found our loungers and parked for the day! We swam out to the floating couches where we met a lovely couple who shared all their favorite travel destinations, the boys built sandmen, they buried each other, and we of course, snorkeled. The boys took us jet skiing up and down the coast through a tropical downpour and in between, we sipped fruity drinks, read, and savored that salty sunshine. We collected handfuls of colorful sea glass, spotted a beautiful little stingray bottom feeding and were even greeted by two sea turtles in the shallow water, where we had the fun of following them all along the shore, watching as they hunted for an afternoon snack.

This trip was about experiences wrapped in fine, little details, it was about a culture seeping with kindness and an island boasting hospitality among emerald waters and incredible sea life. Though next summer will bring new waters to explore, another set of memories to make, Sandy Lane will stay with us forever.

This little corner of the Caribbean was so good to us and I will never forget the time they so graciously spent hosting and spoiling us!

Well in my opinion, you saved the best for last! The excursions are always exciting to see,but this is what I would like most!! I’m sounding “OLD”! Heck I am old😂😂. The boys handstands and their sandmen are amazing. Couldn’t figure out who Roen created, maybe Shrek??? Anyway, it’s cute! So happy that the trip was all you had hoped for and more. As always, thank you for sharing all of this adventure! It’s my favorite way to travel!! Love y’all 😘
