On The Day Remi Turned Four...

We started the day off with donuts. This has become a tradition around here! He lit a candle, sang Happy Birthday, he blew out his candle and the boys indulged...

Then we all got ready for the day and the boys opened a little birthday treat from Anne. Of course, Roen couldn't be left out, so he got a treat too...

We started the day off at Pioneer Day in a little town about 5 minutes away. There was lots to do, but the main attraction on our list was the Firetruck Parade and touring real firetrucks. The boys were in heaven! There was also a little puppy booth with puppies for sale. Although I was unsuccessful at convincing Micah we should get one for Remi for his birthday, the boys loved snuggling the puppies... I did too :)

We ended our afternoon at ChuckECheese....Remi requested to go somewhere and play games, so this is where we ended up. The boys had fun and even earned enough tickets to win some prizes...

What a wonderful day with our little man! We had planned on my mom keeping Roen so we could have the day with just Remi, but the thought of Roen missing out on firetrucks was just too much to bear!

What a fun filled day! Love the pictures....especially the one of Roen with a donut in each hand. Hey I agree when you can't decide...take one of each! Still hard to believe that Remi is 4!
