Turks & Caicos Day 3...

On our third day, we planned a couple of little outings so that we had a good balance of beach and adventure. We started our morning with breakfast and pool again. After filling our bellies, we snorkeled and played around at the beach until our boat came to get us.

Later that morning, we all went parasailing. This was the boys second time to go and they loved it just as much as they did the first time. To keep the weight balanced, they had little Roen dangling up in front of us like a little bird. We had a blast!

After parasailing we were dropped off right in our own little spot and we stayed there all afternoon. We snorkeled, swam, built sand castles, got thread braided into our hair by the local women and of course, I had more fish tacos...

Oh this afternoon, Remi caught another sea critter in his net. At first glance, this sea urchin looked like a coconut at the bottom of the ocean- or at least that is what Kyle told Remi. So Remi dove down to get it only to be stung by it's pokies. Once he grabbed his net, he was able to retrieve it safely and bring it to shore for us all to see. Once again, Remi returned the urchin back where he found it once he was done inspecting it...

After an afternoon on the beach we loaded up and did a little horseback riding on the island. We each got our own horse, a little lesson on how to handle them and then we saddled up and let the horses take up riding through the shore waters. It was fun and something we had never done! My horse's name was Patches and he was an old sweet soul!

This was the one and only night we skipped dinner plans and had room service bring us food up to the room. We were all tired from riding and were ready to get the kids to bed so we just relax! We had some pretty great adult time, sitting on the balcony, salty breeze and the waves the perfect baack ground noise to another incredible day!

Another day in paradise! Parasailing is so much fun! I love the view of the water from way up high in the sky. I think it's really cool that you all got to go up together. The horse back riding looks like a great adventure too! Not sure who planned the activities on this trip but I'd say they get an A+. Thanks again for sharing....I'll be watching for Day 4!

Love you all!
